In this article we will learn to implement a C program to print the multiplication table of a given number. A C program is provided below to read a number and print its multiplication table.
Program is as follows:
//C program to print the multiplication table of a number n
#include<stdio.h>
#include<conio.h>
void main()
{
int n,i;
printf("Enter a +ve integer: ");
scanf("%d",&n);
for(i=1;i<=10;i++)
{
printf("%d * %d = %d\n",n,i,(n*i));
}
getch();
}
Input and output for the above program is as follows:
Enter a +ve integer: 3
3 * 1 = 3
3 * 2 = 6
3 * 3 = 9
3 * 4 = 12
3 * 5 = 15
3 * 6 = 18
3 * 7 = 21
3 * 8 = 24
3 * 9 = 27
3 * 10 = 30
